MY APPROACH

My mission is to help mums feel strong, confident, and supported in their postnatal journey. I focus on safe, evidence-informed exercise that supports both physical recovery and overall wellbeing.

MY VISION

My vision is that all mums should have the tools to keep them healthy and happy. I believe that proper physical activity is the key for this and I wish to reach most mums living in my area to equip them for the physical challenges of motherhood.
